Life Drawing: Fat Man

 I was so gutted when I realised it was this model last night and I didn't have my pastels with me. His belly has so many colours in it. So for the first sketch I went freestyle charcoal. The photo is terrible, but your eyes don't deceive you- I did give him a spindly arm on the right. I take a long time to build up my drawings so it's a huge challenge for me to produce anything in under an hour. So here you have Fatman from the back in black and white.














And here in colour! I had my pencils in my bag and thought I'd go super-crazy with colour as I've been in quite the black and white phase for a while. The arm on the right MOVED and I tried to COMPENSATE a bit it just went wrong... humph. Nevermind. COLOURFUL!
